Aromatherapy, add something to your life

Recently, I fell in love with essential oil. I am used to dropping a few drops into the humidifier every day.

I smell it and feel that the whole body and mind are relaxed.

My favorite are orange blossom, rose and jasmine. Rose is very refreshing, especially for people like me who often stay up late.

Because there is no bathtub at home, I can't take a bath with essential oil.

But my friend bought ginger essential oil, which can be used when soaking feet.
